The service

BCS.Guru is an online preparation app for the Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) Preliminary exam: MCQ practice, timed Model Tests, revision and AI study help. BCS.Guru is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC), and using it does not guarantee any exam result.

Your account

• You sign in with your own mobile number. Keep your sign-in codes and password private — you are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person. Accounts and packages are personal and may not be shared, resold or transferred.
• The free trial is limited to one per mobile number and one per email address.
• Give accurate billing details when you pay.

Packages and payment

• Free: a limited number of Model Tests and MCQs, set by us and shown in the app.
• Test Pack: a one-time purchase that unlocks 10 full Model Tests and 1,000 MCQs. It does not expire.
• Monthly plan: unlimited practice, Model Tests and revision for 30 days from payment.
• Live AI Tutoring add-on: 30 days of Live AI chat and an AI Study Plan, bought on its own or together with another package. Fair-use daily message limits apply.
• Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are shown before you pay. All payments are made through SSLCommerz (cards, mobile banking and internet banking).
• Packages do not renew automatically. Buying the same 30-day package again before it ends adds 30 days on top of your remaining time.
• We may change prices for future purchases; a change never affects a package you have already paid for.

Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, download in bulk, publish or sell our questions, explanations or other content;
• share your account, or use automated tools to access the app;
• misuse the AI features — for example, scripted or excessive messages, or attempts to make the AI produce harmful or unrelated content;
• interfere with the app, its security, or other students.

Content and AI answers

Questions and explanations are prepared carefully, but mistakes can happen. AI-generated explanations, chat replies and study plans may be incomplete or wrong — check important facts against official sources. If you find an error, please tell us.

Our rights

All content, design and software of BCS.Guru belong to TeckPal Technology Ltd or its licensors. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close your account without you breaking these terms, we refund the unused part of any paid package under the Refund Policy.

Availability

We work to keep BCS.Guru available, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may improve, change or remove features over time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about BCS.Guru is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as exam results or lost opportunities.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date at the top and tell you in the app or by SMS before it takes effect. Continuing to use BCS.Guru after that means you accept the updated terms.
