Refund Policy

We want you to pay only for what you use. This policy explains when and how BCS.Guru packages are refunded. It is part of our Terms & Conditions.

Monthly plan and Live AI Tutoring add-on (30-day packages)

You can cancel anytime and get a pro-rata refund for the full days you have not used:

Refund = price paid × unused full days ÷ 30

For example, if you paid ৳299 for the Monthly plan and cancel after 10 days, 20 days are unused: ৳299 × 20 ÷ 30 = ৳199.33. Access ends when the refund is approved. If you had added extra 30-day periods, unused future periods are refunded in full.

Test Pack (one-time)

The Test Pack is refunded in full if you have not used any of it — no Model Test started and no MCQs answered beyond the free allowance since you bought it. Once you have started using it, it is not refundable, because its content cannot be returned.

Bundled purchases

If you bought the Live AI Tutoring add-on in the same payment as the Monthly plan or Test Pack, each part is refunded on its own rule above.

Always refunded in full

  • Duplicate payments for the same package.
  • Payments that were taken but did not activate your package, if we cannot activate it for you.
  • Paid time lost when we close your account without you breaking our Terms.

Not refunded

  • Free plans and packages given as a gift or promotion.
  • Accounts closed for breaking our Terms & Conditions (for example, account sharing or copying content).
  • Time already used on a 30-day package.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@teckpal.com from your account email, or message us on WhatsApp at 01825555570 from your registered number. Include your mobile number and the transaction ID (shown at Account → Payments).

We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through SSLCommerz, usually within 7–10 working days; the exact timing depends on your bank or mobile banking provider. Refunds are in Bangladeshi Taka. Any non-refundable charge applied by the payment provider is shown to you before we process the refund.
